Message	high underhood temps, then why do the injector connectors crack. It's because of high temps and not age. I've been lucky with my connectors as they still look brand new. The whole intent behind my hood was functionality while maintaining the sleek lines of the car. There's nothing worse than a god-awfully gawdy hood to disturb the beautiful lines of the Z. Underhood temps are noticeably lower since I modified my stock hood. My new 99 J-spec HIDs ;-) I eat rice, I don't put rice on my car!
